What you'll ownCreate a great first impression with prospective customers while building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for your Account Executive partners. Respond to inbound inquiries through phone and email while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Prospect outbound within your assigned territory using SalesLoft, LinkedIn, phone outreach, and industry events. Research prospective companies to ensure every interaction is personalized, relevant, and high quality. Maintain accurate sales activity, lead, and opportunity information within Salesforce. Achieve or exceed monthly goals for meetings set and qualified opportunities generated. Develop strong business acumen to engage prospects in meaningful business conversations. Contribute to a collaborative, energetic, and team-oriented sales culture. What you'll bringExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong active listening skills and the ability to uncover customer needs and align them to solutions. Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills. Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset. Passion for technology, FinTech, SaaS, and developing a career in sales. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. High School Diploma or GED. Typically 2+ years of relevant professional experience. It's a bonus if you haveBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. B2B sales, cold calling, prospecting, or lead generation experience. Previous success in a customer-facing, sales, internship, or business development role. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Demonstrated perseverance, learning agility, and a strong desire to succeed. Experience in technology, software, SaaS, or FinTech environments. About the teamOur Business Development Team serves as the first point of contact for many prospective customers and plays a critical role in driving new business growth. Through a mix of inbound lead management and strategic outbound prospecting, the team uncovers opportunities, builds relationships, and partners closely with Account Executives to help organizations discover the value of MineralTree's solutions. This role offers hands-on training, sales mentorship, and a proven pathway into a long-term sales career. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $39,700.0-$59,050.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
