We’re looking for a Software Engineer II to join our ever-evolving Portal team and help shape the future of global commerce What you’ll own Drive innovation and operational excellence through the delivery of new features, services, and product enhancements. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and responsive web applications across multiple devices and platforms. Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and cross-functional teams to implement requirements and improve product usability. Adhere to SDLC processes, coding standards, security requirements, and software engineering best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues across development, testing, and production environments. Leverage CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development practices to improve software quality, efficiency, and delivery. Provide technical leadership through solution design, implementation coordination, release support, and consistent delivery of commitments. What you’ll bring A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience 5+ years of experience in software development, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Ionic. 5+ years of experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA. Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments with modern software delivery practices including Scrum, CI/CD, TDD, BDD, DevOps, and automation. Strong experience with Git, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, AI agent-driven development, and DevOps tools including Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, and Maven. Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Proficiency in complex SQL and relational databases such as Snowflake, DB2, or Microsoft SQL Server, along with development tools like IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, and Visual Studio Code. Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
