We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Terminal Management Platform to join our ever evolving In-Person Solutions Product team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce. What you’ll ownDefine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Terminal Management Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs Lead platform evolution and adoption across multiple Global Payments markets, driving consistency, scalability, and operational excellence Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, onboarding, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact platform capabilities and product enhancements Translate complex business, operational, and technical challenges into clear product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes Use data, customer insights, and performance metrics to guide product decisions, roadmap prioritization, and executive reporting What you’ll bringSeveral years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Platform Product Management roles within software, fintech, payments, or technology environments Demonstrated experience managing complex platform products rather than purely customer-facing applications Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations Experience working with Agile development teams and modern software delivery practices Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in Czech and English It’s a bonus if you haveExperience in payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, payment terminals, or financial services Knowledge of device management platforms, terminal management systems, IoT products, or enterprise SaaS platforms Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, platform technologies, and large-scale distributed systems Additional requirementsAbility to collaborate effectively with technical teams and discuss concepts such as APIs, integrations, microservices, software delivery, scalability, reliability, and platform architecture Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a complex international environment Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions and drive product adoption across multiple markets Passion for innovation, platform excellence, and delivering technology solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency Why join us?Own a strategically important platform managing tens of thousands of payment terminals across multiple countries and hardware vendors Influence the future direction of payment infrastructure and terminal lifecycle management within a global organization Work alongside experienced engineering, product, and operations teams on business-critical payment solutions Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple European markets and contribute to global product initiatives Be part of the In-Person Solutions Product organization, shaping the next generation of payment technologies and merchant services worldwide About the team Our inclusive and global teams win together every day.
