Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday (12:00 pm - 9:00 pm), OT as needed What you will do At Stryker, our distribution team works with products that are improving and saving people’s lives. This is done by providing our customers with the best equipment. The distribution environment and culture for this role is fast paced. You will join a team of amazing people who treat each other like family, Value and Support Diversity and Inclusion. Pick orders based on the location and product requested. Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to external customer’s preferred shipping system (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped. Verifies accuracy of orders by matching them with quantities and types. Observes packaging procedures to ensure safety of shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Position Requirements Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to focus in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Enjoys working in a team environment with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic. Ability to work overtime, and/or weekends when required. Requires ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis depending on product line, may rarely lift/carry 50-75 lbs. Job demands include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing and/or crawling as appropriate. What you will need Preferred H.S Diploma/GED Manufacturing Experience or 1 year related work experience Experience in operating RF Scanners preferred. Prior experience in Shipping preferred.
