Reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations, the Senior Executive Assistant (SEA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President and Investor Relations team. This highly visible role requires frequent interaction with senior executives, investors, analysts, external firms, and cross-functional partners. The SEA manages complex calendars, internal and external meetings, domestic and international travel, and investor conferences and events. The role requires exceptional discretion, judgment, initiative, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, continually changing environment. Maintain a high degree of responsiveness and accessibility to the Investor Relations team, senior executives, investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: · Provide senior-level administrative support to the Vice President of Investor Relations and broader Investor Relations team. · Proactively manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing internal and external meetings and the efficient use of executive time. · Coordinate meetings with investors, sell-side and buy-side analysts, senior executives, external firms, and other key stakeholders. · Coordinate domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, and changing travel requirements. · Support the planning and execution of investor conferences, analyst meetings, roadshows, earnings-related activities, and internally and externally hosted investor events. · Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including venues, catering, audiovisual needs, materials, and attendee communications. · Manage the Investor Relations hotline and inbox, ensuring inquiries are appropriately triaged and addressed in a timely and professional manner. · Partner closely with executive assistants and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules, meetings, events, and executive activities. · Prepare and process expense reports and other administrative documentation as needed. · Assist with presentations, reports, meeting materials, special projects, and other assignments as needed. · Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive and potentially market-sensitive information. Basic Qualifications: Associate’s degree and 4 years of administrative-related experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of administrative-related experience Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree. · 5+ years of senior-level executive administrative experience, preferably supporting VP-level or senior executives. · Experience supporting Investor Relations, Finance, Corporate Affairs, or another highly visible external-facing function. · Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. · Experience with Amgen systems and tools, including Concur, SAP/Ariba, and other internal platforms, preferred. · Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and quickly learn new tools and systems to improve efficiency. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
