This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through thought leadership and trusted advisory. The position demands a proactive approach to bringing emerging ideas to fruition, collaborating across teams, and ensuring that delivery engagements are executed with precision and strategic insight. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur. - Strong understanding of SAP Concur modules and their application in business processes. - Experience in analyzing client requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. - Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions within technology delivery frameworks. - Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices related to SAP Concur implementations.
