Activities you will be involved in during your placement as Clinical Supply Chain Quality (CSCQ) include: Support the Qualified Person disposition process for Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) to clinical trials in the EU and ASIA/PAC. Supports Packaging & Labeling activities performed at EUCWH. Provides Quality Assurance support in the Use Date Extension process. Provides Quality Assurance support (GMP/GDP guidance and training) for CSO Regional Logistics. Support in a timely manner, the investigations of non-conformances and quality incidents. Resolves and documents into Quality Management System deviations or problems pertaining to the review of documents. Conducts appropriate follow-up as required. Tracks deviation, investigations and CAPAs. Prepares and reviews procedural documents as requested by supervisor. Contribute to improving and maintaining CSCQ QMS Prepare and approve supply chain flow maps, and product specification files. Supporting generation of/updates existing Quality Agreements. Adherence to BMS core behaviors Interface with relevant departments to ensure compliance with corporate policies, GMP and regulatory requirements. Liaise with BMS Supply Chain and Quality colleagues to ensure that disposition lead times are consistently met. Support the site inspection readiness program for internal and external regulatory inspections. Support the progression of GMP documents within the Documentation Management System. Authoring, review and approval of QA-related procedures. Identify and implement continuous improvements within the QA group to support business processes and metrics. Engage in Quality Culture initiatives. What Qualities Are We Looking For? We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can collaborate in teams and have the willingness to learn. Chemical & Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomolecular & Biomedical Science or Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Chemistry discipline of study. Passionate about the biopharma sector and innovation in healthcare. Strong communication skills. Ability to work as a member of a team. Energetic, collaborative and dedicated. Compensation Overview: 2, 213.90 € per month Pay for this internship/co‑op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location. Interns and co‑op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. This is a temporary, time‑bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co‑op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment following program completion.
