As a Corporate Communications Trainee, you will support Almirall’s Global Corporate Communications team in the development and execution of communication initiatives that strengthen the company’s corporate reputation and visibility. You will collaborate on a variety of projects, ranging from corporate storytelling and media relations to the creation of communication materials, while gaining valuable exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare communications in an international environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, update and adapt corporate communication materials and presentations, ensuring alignment with Almirall’s brand identity and global communication standards. Support the creation of external communication content, contributing to clear, engaging and consistent messaging across different channels and audiences. Assist in media relations activities, including coordination with communication agencies, monitoring media coverage, and supporting interactions with journalists and media outlets. Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of communication projects and initiatives. Contribute to corporate communication campaigns and projects aimed at enhancing Almirall’s reputation and visibility. Provide day-to-day support to the Global Corporate Communications team, working closely with internal stakeholders across different functions and geographies. Stay informed about trends in healthcare, pharmaceutical communications, media, and digital communication channels. Education Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Audiovisual Communication, Philology, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Postgraduate studies or previous internship experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media, or related areas will be considered a plus. Availability to establish an internship agreement with a university or educational institution. Skills & Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong writing and storytelling capabilities in different communication formats. High level of English, both written and spoken. Interest in corporate communications, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of the Spanish media landscape and international media environment is a plus. Familiarity with content creation and visual editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere. Understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Proactive attitude, curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and international setting.
