Job Title: Sourcing & Employer Branding Officer Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing & Employer Branding Officer to support recruitment and talent attraction activities within a fast-paced BPO environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior HR or recruitment professional looking to develop expertise in candidate sourcing, employer branding, recruitment operations, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting talent, supporting recruitment systems and processes, managing external partners, and enhancing the company's employer brand presence across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases. Support recruiters in building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct proactive candidate searches for difficult-to-fill positions when required. Post and maintain job advertisements across internal and external recruitment channels. Monitor job posting performance and recommend improvements to increase candidate attraction. Employer Branding Support the planning and execution of employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns. Coordinate with external marketing agencies to create engaging recruitment content and promotional materials. Assist in organizing career fairs, recruitment events, campus initiatives, and online employer branding activities. Promote the company's employer value proposition across various channels. Agency Management Act as the primary point of contact for external recruitment agencies. Maintain relationships with agency partners and ensure timely communication regarding hiring requirements. Monitor agency performance and support compliance with recruitment processes and standards. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support Provide first-level support for ATS-related queries and troubleshooting. Ensure data accuracy and proper maintenance of candidate records within the ATS. Support system users with process guidance and best practices. Assist with reporting and extraction of recruitment-related metrics from the ATS. Vendor & Administrative Support Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers involved in recruitment and branding activities. Process and track invoices related to recruitment agencies, marketing agencies, job boards, and other recruitment vendors. Maintain accurate documentation and support budget tracking activities. Ensure compliance with internal procurement and payment processes. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR administration, employer branding, or a similar role is an advantage but not essential. Experience within a BPO, shared services, or high-volume recruitment environment is considered a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools is advantageous. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
