RIS is accountable for the development and delivery of digital solutions, common Diagnostics architecture, and data management. The OpportunityWe expect all our engineers to be hands-on in development across all experience levels. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of front-end or back-end development (preferably both). Must have skills: Hands-on agentic engineering skills, comfortable working with Claude Code or GitHub Copilot CLIs. Strong experience in creating reusable skills and agents. Key Qualifications & Core SkillsPrimary Languages: Exceptional hands-on skills in Java, Kotlin (or another JVM language), or TypeScript. Secondary Languages: Working knowledge of both Java and TypeScript. Frameworks: In-depth understanding of Spring Boot and Angular. Databases: Hands-on knowledge of at least one RDBMS and one NoSQL / Document database. Methodologies: Strong commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) in both front-end and back-end environments. CI/CD: Working knowledge of at least one continuous integration system (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions). Professional ExperienceLifecycle Experience: Lived through implementing, supporting, and iterating on at least one enterprise system for 5+ years. Leadership: Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering talent. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have / Domain ExpertiseHealthcare Systems: Knowledge of healthcare software (e.g., EPIC, Cerner Millennium, OpenEMR) and open standards (HL7, FHIR).
