We are looking for a Windchill Developer to join our PLM Engineering team and contribute to the development, customization, and integration of Windchill solutions. In this role, you will work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality PLM solutions that support our clients' digital engineering transformation initiatives. Project ContextThe role focuses on the development and enhancement of Windchill PLM solutions within complex engineering and manufacturing environments. You will support the configuration, customization, and integration of Windchill while helping organizations improve product data management, engineering collaboration, and business processes across the product lifecycle. How You Will Make an ImpactConfigure, customize, and maintain Windchill PLM solutions, including Data Models, ACLs, OIRs, Lifecycles, Workflows, and Preferences. Develop and enhance Windchill functionality using Java, JavaScript, Windchill Java APIs, REST APIs, and OData services. Design and implement integrations between Windchill and enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation. Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring solution quality, scalability, and maintainability. Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within the development team. What You Need to SucceedRequired QualificationsExperience developing, configuring, and customizing Windchill PLM solutions. Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript. Good knowledge of Windchill configuration, including Data Models, ACLs, OIRs, Lifecycles, Workflows, and Preferences. Experience working with Windchill Java APIs and Integration APIs such as REST and OData. Understanding of Windchill business processes, including Change Management and Document Management. Experience integrating Windchill with enterprise systems and applications. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges. Professional communication skills in English and experience working in international project environments. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Agile delivery methodologies and Git version control. Knowledge of Windchill ESI integration. Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or similar database technologies. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. Experience supporting PLM transformations within engineering or manufacturing organizations. Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail. Proactive and continuous-learning attitude.
