You'll own the global accounting process agenda end-to-end: setting standards, driving harmonization across regions and shared service centres, and leading the shift toward intelligent, AI-enabled finance operations. About the Role Define and govern global accounting standards, policies, procedures, and controls across all Flix entities and shared service centres Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and GBS/SSC environments Lead the global process optimization roadmap — from RPA and workflow automation to agentic AI and ERP enhancements — prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable value Set and monitor process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets; lead continuous improvement cycles based on data Embed compliance across accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards Partner with SSC operations, IT, country and regional finance teams, Product Owners, and external providers to optimize end-to-end process performance Apply process mining, analytics, and benchmarking to surface inefficiencies, identify root causes, and adopt leading practices Lead change management — communications, training, and adoption — for new processes and technologies About You Big 4 background at Senior Manager level or above in Finance Transformation, Accounting Advisory (FAAS), or GBS/Shared Services — this is the core requirement Proven track record delivering multi-country finance transformation or process excellence programs; international experience in Europe or North America is a strong plus <span style="font-family: helvetica, aria
