Inside Sales and Lead Generation: Conduct cold and warm calls to introduce market-leading payment solutions. Relationship Building: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction Target Driven: Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Data Management: Maintain accurate records within our CRM to ensure seamless handovers. What you’ll bring Experience: Inside Sales/Lead Generation experience is required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer Service Skills: Experience in Account Management and Customer Service Understanding: Knowledge of payment processing and financial services industry advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team It’s a bonus if you have · Experience in payments Relationship Building: Identify decision-makers and qualify leads through rapport and discovery.
