About the Role We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager for the Benelux to lead full-funnel demand generation and execute Logitech for Business’ marketing strategy across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. This role is focused on building and optimising high-impact B2B lead generation campaigns that drive full-funnel demand, pipeline growth, and brand awareness through channel partners and direct enterprise/public sector/SMB engagement, underpinned by robust measurement, KPIs, and multi-touch attribution. Key Responsibilities Benelux Marketing Execution Develop, execute, and scale a comprehensive Benelux full-funnel B2B demand generation plan aligned with regional and global revenue goals. Own local field marketing and multi-channel lead generation campaigns across top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel initiatives to consistently feed the sales pipeline in the Netherlands Luxembourg and Belgium. Act as the primary marketing contact for Benelux sales leadership, establishing shared KPIs, pipeline forecasting, and lead generation targets. Partner (To and Through) Marketing Support and execute joint marketing activities with distributors, resellers, and key channel partners. Co-ordinate partner co-marketing campaigns, events, and digital lead-gen initiatives, tracking leads from initial touchpoint through to deal closure. Manage MDF allocation and partner campaign funding with a strict focus on return on marketing investment (ROMI), lead quality, and pipeline contribution. Collaborate closely with channel sales to align marketing efforts with partner priorities. Full-Funnel Demand & Lead Generation (Enterprise, Verticals & SMB) Design and launch full-funnel integrated demand generation programs (paid digital, content syndication, webinars, field events, ABM) targeting enterprise and SMB accounts across Benelux. Localise global campaigns, messaging, and assets to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance. Co-ordinate with local PR and event agencies as needed to support campaigns and brand visibility. Partner closely with sales teams to refine lead scoring, accelerate pipeline conversion across stages, and implement account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for target accounts. KPIs, Measurement & Performance Optimisation Establish, track, and report on primary marketing KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, customer acquisition cost, ROI) across all programs. Utilise attribution models and performance data to continually measure full-funnel effectiveness, optimise channel spend, and improve campaign conversion rates. Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and marketing automation tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with regional and global field marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and channel marketing teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency. Share local market insights, learnings, and best practice with the Benelux team and the wider European marketing organisation. Qualifications & Experience At least 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in full-funnel demand generation, lead generation, and field marketing. Experience supporting partner marketing and/or channel-driven business models is a strong advantage. Background in technology, IT, or B2B solutions preferred. Deep expertise in setting clear campaign KPIs, managing multi-touch attribution, and analysing pipeline contribution across full customer journeys. Native or fluent Dutch required; business-level English required. French and German are an advantage. Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce and Knak) to build, track, and optimise lead generation workflows. Proficient in business intelligence and reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau) for detailed performance measurement, channel reporting, and dashboard creation. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel. Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel occasionally within Benelux and Europe (up to approximately 20%). Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
