Job Summary The Team Information Technology - Working at a high-tech cybersecurity company within Information Technology is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. You will join the brightest minds in technology, creating, building, and supporting tools and enabling our global teams on the front line of defense against cyberattacks. Job Summary We are seeking a technically minded Business Analyst to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) PMO team. In this dual-function role, you will provide core execution support for operational workflows while identifying friction points to build AI-driven automations. You will leverage modern developer tools and AI coding assistants to streamline PMO operations and optimize product market delivery. This is an ideal position for a professional passionate about hands-on technical problem-solving and business process optimization. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day NPI PMO execution, tracking change requests and coordinating test environments. Identify manual tasks and independently design and deploy automated scripts or workflow integrations. Utilize modern IDEs and AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype and launch internal PMO efficiencies. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution during critical test windows and release gates. Maintain clear documentation of automated workflows, system dependencies, and process changes. Track metrics to demonstrate efficiency gains and proactively suggest continuous operational improvements. Qualifications Note-Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. The Company is not currently considering individuals currently in OPT/CPT status who will require future sponsorship to maintain work authorization. Required Qualifications 2-3 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or technical operational role. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical or quantitative field. Hands-on experience with collaboration and workflow tracking systems such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub/GitLab. Foundational understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and change management processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge technical and business conversations. Ability to work in the Santa Clara office 3 days per week. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to be hands-on with AI-first code editors like Cursor or GitHub Copilot. Experience with basic scripting languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Shell) and API integrations/webhooks. High curiosity and a track record of using technology to automate repetitive tasks or build lightweight tools. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
