Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid) will provide leadership of strategic sourcing activities for PCBAs and High-Level Assemblies. You will obtain the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management. This role will have responsibility for leading cross functional efforts to develop and implement strategic commodity plans that include cost reduction initiatives, supply base and optimization and rationalization, quality improvement, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and may include responsibility for cross-divisional, group wide, and/or global strategies and initiatives. This is a hybrid role. We are seeking a candidate in Redmond, Washington or the surrounding area. The employee is expected to be onsite every Wednesday but has the flexibility to work from home. Team members are typically onsite 1-3 days per week. Shape and execute global sourcing strategies for complex PCBA commodities, driving supply continuity, cost optimization, innovation, and long-term business growth. Partner with cross-functional leaders across Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to influence sourcing decisions and deliver enterprise-wide results. Lead high-impact supplier negotiations and contract strategies with key strategic partners, securing favorable commercial outcomes while mitigating business risk. Drive end-to-end commodity management, including spend analysis, supplier segmentation, market intelligence, consolidation opportunities, and lifecycle planning. Build and cultivate executive-level supplier relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and strategic supplier leadership teams. Anticipate market shifts and emerging technologies, leveraging industry insights to identify opportunities, strengthen competitiveness, and inform business strategy. Champion risk management and supply resiliency, proactively assessing financial, operational, geopolitical, and sustainability risks while implementing effective mitigation plans. Develop a culture of continuous improvement and strategic excellence, mentoring team members, advancing sourcing best practices, and driving measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and service. What you need Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering or related field OR 6 years of supply management experience 10 years in supply management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience managing global PCBA vendors. International sourcing and supplier management experience. Experience operating in a highly regulated industry. Medical Device industry sourcing and supplier management experience preferred. Working knowledge of ISO13485 standards and requirements. Demonstrated proficiency in ISO13485 standards. Supplier Audit experience in quality system standards: FDA QSR, ISO3485 and ISO9001 Professional certifications through APICS, ISM, and/or CSCMP United States of America Pay Ranges: US5: $123,900 - $206,500 USD Annual US15: $135,700 - $226,200 USD Annual View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.
