Job description
As a Battery System Engineer at Meta, you will take ownership of the battery pack electrical designs and their integrations to power the state-of-the-art devices developed by Reality Labs. You will work closely with our product engineering teams to define battery requirements, aiming to find optimal options for product volume, weight, and run time. Collaboration with safety, reliability, operations, software, and other cross-functional partners will be essential to integrate the battery into the final system and meet system-level performance metrics. You'll own the backend infrastructure behind our battery validation programs — the pipelines, automation, and analysis tooling that turn raw test data into system-level decisions
