Working in a dynamic international environment, this role supports the effective deployment of finished goods and empties, collaborates with multiple stakeholders across the business, and contributes to operational excellence through continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives. What will you be doing: Coordinate the deployment of finished goods and empties across breweries, warehouses, co-packing and external production locations. Create and manage stock transfer plans and orders to maintain product availability while balancing service, inventory, and cost objectives. Monitor inventory performance and identify risks related to stock availability, logistics constraints, warehouse capacity and product obsolescence. Take proactive actions to resolve inventory challenges and support business continuity across the supply network. Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, Finance and Operations to ensure effective inventory management and service delivery. Monitor key performance indicators, analyse trends and support root cause investigations to identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to operational projects, automation initiatives, process improvements and the implementation of new systems and ways of working. Support testing, deployment and stabilisation activities for new tools, processes and technologies. What you will bring: 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, planning, scheduling, transportation or a related operational environment. A good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and inventory management principles. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience using SAP. Knowledge of Power BI and planning tools such as O9 would be advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions in a multicultural environment. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. The ability to prioritize workload effectively, manage competing demands and perform in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional European languages such as French, German or Dutch would be beneficial.
