Air Liquide began operations in Malaysia in 1927 and is one of the pioneers of the gas industry in Malaysia. Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia, comprising both sales offices and production facilities, Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production, including industrial and specialty gases, energy solutions, application technologies and services. Drive strategic alignment between business goals and human capital priorities to strengthen organizational performance and culture. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by integrating people strategy into business decision-making and enabling high-impact talent and organizational development initiatives. Champion a performance-driven, inclusive, and future-ready workforce through strong leadership, effective communication, and a focus on capability building. Oversee internal communications and CSR programs that reinforce engagement, collaboration, and the company’s strategic objectives. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs, structure workforce plans, and align organization design with business objectives.; Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Liaise with CoE TA team to ensure the timely hiring of qualified talent, implement effective onboarding programs, and ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company culture.; Performance & Talent Management: Liaise with CoE TD team to establish and monitor performance management systems, succession planning, and career development programs that build leadership pipelines and enhance employee potential.; Compensation & Benefits: Liaise with CoE TR team to ensure Indonesia has competitive remuneration and incentive frameworks aligned with company policy, market benchmarks, and internal equity to drive motivation and retention; Learning & Development: Champion capability-building initiatives through continuous learning, leadership training, and organizational development programs that promote agility and growth.; Employee Relations & Engagement: Maintain positive industrial relations through collaboration with union representatives, foster open communication, manage grievances, and strengthen employee engagement across all levels.; Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure HR practices comply with all labor laws, local regulations, and internal standards. Lead updates to company policies and procedures reflecting regulatory and business changes.; Culture, Communication & CSR: Reinforce company values and culture through effective internal communications, recognition programs, and corporate social responsibility initiatives that enhance brand reputation and employee pride; HR Data & Governance: Oversee accurate HR data management, analytics, and reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement; Leadership & Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and Management Committee, providing insights and recommendations on people strategy, organizational transformation, and change management. Are you a MATCH? Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any discipline. Possesses 10 years of progressive HR experience in demonstrating consistent growth in the field MNC or International working environment.
