What You'll DoAs a Technical Support Associate, you will: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web-based support tools. Deliver a professional and timely customer experience. Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical guidance on Abbott Rapid Diagnostics products. Gather and document detailed information to support investigations and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and inquiries in line with quality and regulatory requirements. Communicate investigation findings and updates clearly and professionally. Collaborate with colleagues across functions to resolve customer issues efficiently. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience. Build and maintain strong knowledge of product portfolios and support processes. Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsCertificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field such as: Life Sciences Biomedical Sciences Healthcare Services Nursing Engineering Medical Administration or a related discipline Minimum one year of experience in: Customer service, Technical support, Healthcare support, or A clinical or medical environment. Fluency in English and Danish. Key SkillsStrong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. Ability to prioritize workload and manage competing demands. Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn technical product information and communicate it clearly to customers.
