Business Leader - Process & Automation Solutions - KSA

Job description

The purpose of this role is to lead the Project & Automation Solutions (PAS) business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring delivery of best-in-class automation and control solutions while achieving safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction and financial objectives. The role is accountable for sustainable business growth, project and program execution, and the operating performance of the KSA PAS project portfolio. The PAS KSA Business Leader works with Sales and Marketing to build the opportunity pipeline, shape growth initiatives and convert opportunities into profitable orders. The role leads the business operating rhythm and is accountable for Annual Operating Plan outcomes, including orders, revenue, income, cash flow, productivity, investment and workforce planning.
