This position reports to: Service Manager IAMA __ Your role and responsibilities: We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Support Specialist to join our Analytical Systems team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales of analytical systems across the European region and will be based in our Katowice office (approximately 90% office-based work). The work model for the role is: Hybrid #Linkedin_Hybrid You will be mainy accountable for: Selling services related to analytical systems, including Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), gas chromatographs, and water analyzers. Preparing technical and commercial quotations for instrumentation and control solutions (I&C), including pricing, technical solutions, and project execution considerations. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Developing sales plans using company tools and monitoring their progress. Ensuring effective marketing activities for customers. Analyzing tender and bid documentation. Collaborating closely with internal departments, including Service, Sales, and Shared Service Centers, throughout the quotation and estimation process. Calculating investment costs for projects in the petrochemical, chemical, gas, and related industries. Preparing inquiries and obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Conducting negotiations with domestic and international customers. Qualifications for the role : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering. At least one year of experience in preparing technical quotations related to automation, protection systems, or experience as a design engineer in automation, process analytics, system integration, or instrumentation products. Ability to analyze technical specifications, discuss technical requirements with customers, and develop appropriate technical solutions. Understanding of analytical products, solutions, and applications, including: Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) Process Gas Chromatographs Laser Analyzers FT-IR and FT-NIR Spectrometers ; Knowledge of instrumentation and control (I&C) products and systems. Fluent written and spoken Polish and English. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under time pressure while managing business objectives. What's in it for you?
