Job Title: Business Development & Solution Design Specialist Job Description Business Development & Solution Design Specialist Position Overview: Concentrix is seeking a driven and technically astute Business Development & Solution Design Specialist. This hybrid role bridges high-impact outbound pipeline generation with front-line consultative solutioning. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and engaging prospective enterprise clients, while working collaboratively to architect tailored customer experience (CX), digital transformation, and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions. You will serve as the initial strategic touchpoint for enterprise accounts, translating complex operational bottlenecks into viable, technology-enabled operational models. A critical component of this role involves rigorous tracking and the delivery of detailed weekly performance reports to leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1.Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify, research, and map key enterprise target accounts across designated verticals (e.g., Technology, Retail/E-Commerce, Banking & Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality). Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold outreach, social selling, etc.) Qualify inbound and outbound enterprise opportunities, uncovering business pains, buying cycles, and budget parameters. Manage and maintain accurate pipeline data, account research, and outreach metrics within CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Design, maintain, and present comprehensive weekly Excel reports detailing pipeline health, outreach conversion metrics, meeting booking rates, and account engagement progress to sales leadership. 2. Consultative Solutioning & Pre-Sales Design Partner with Commercial Directors, Enterprise Sales Leaders, and Solution Architects to co-design bespoke service delivery models (onshore, nearshore, offshore, and work-at-home models). Conduct preliminary discovery sessions to gather requirements regarding staffing volumes (FTEs), operating hours, technology stacks, contact channel mix (voice, chat, social, AI bot deflection), and language requirements. Contribute to commercial pricing inputs, volume forecasts, and scope-of-work assumptions alongside Pricing and Operations teams, heavily utilizing Excel to build out initial staffing models, cost estimations, and scenario analyses. 3. Pitch & Proposal Development (RFP / RFI) Contribute directly to RFP/RFI responses, ensuring value propositions, case studies, and solution narratives are aligned with client objectives. Build compelling, executive-ready presentation decks, business case justifications, and ROI models for client discovery and pitch meetings. Participate actively in prospective client pitches, articulating the operational, technological, and commercial value of the proposed solution. Core Skills & Competencies Technical & Industry Expertise Advanced Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Deep capability in data manipulation, complex formulas, PivotTables, conditional formatting. BPO & CX Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of contact center operations, customer journey design, SLA/KPI metrics, and operating models Pipeline Management Tools: Proficiency in modern sales enablement and CRM tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. Proposal & Solution Engineering: Ability to structure formal RFPs, pitch presentations, and basic operational staffing/costing frameworks. Professional & Consultative Strengths Analytical & Reporting Acumen: High discipline in tracking daily/weekly activities and a proven ability to translate raw pipeline data into actionable strategic insights via structured weekly reports Strategic Prospecting: Proven ability to penetrate enterprise accounts and secure discovery meetings with senior decision-makers. Consultative Problem Solving: Ability to quickly synthesize raw client data, diagnose inefficiencies, and recommend structured solution frameworks. Collaboration & Orchestration: High capability to work cross-functionally across Operations, Legal, Pricing, Workforce Management (WFM), and Technical Solution teams. Candidate Qualifications: Willing and able to work from either Amman or Irbid site. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, Marketing, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in enterprise business development, pre-sales solutioning, sales engineering, or related commercial roles. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline generation and business development targets. Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience building and managing data-driven operational models and reports using Microsoft Excel. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to translate business requirements into commercial and operational solutions.
