Your Team, Your Impact We are looking for a motivated and accomplished candidate to join our highly-skilled team of RF Analog & Sipho Product Engineers. The Sr Principal Product engineer is responsible for independently leading test and sustaining development for Marvell analog & Sipho products. What You Can Expect Lead test engineering solutions across all phases of NPI: new silicon bring-up, product sampling, qualification, characterization and high-volume manufacturing at OSATs. Ownership over all aspects of the test solution including software, tester equipment, PCBs, mechanical fixturing, probe hardware and sockets. In partnership with Product Engineering, drive test time reduction and yield improvements to meet manufacturing targets Implement highly robust and automated test processes to guarantee product quality Work with Design and Product Engineering to improve product test coverage at wafer-probe and package levels Work with Operations and Planning to drive test station availability to support on-time delivery according to the production backlog Provide necessary test engineering support for all customer returns working laterally with Quality engineering in a timely manner Manage subcon partners and drive NPI test development with a global OSAT team Mentor and guide lower level engineers. What We're Looking For Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a proven track record of 10 years in sustaining high-speed RF products & Silicon Photonics that have moved into volume production. Experience with RF/Mixed-Signal/Silicon Photonics IC test; specifically in product engineering with focus on yield, cost and manufacturing process improvements. Experience with complex data analysis using JMP, Silicon Dash, PDF solutions, or other standardized semiconductor tools. Proven record of test engineering leadership resulting in quantifiable improvements in yield, cost or process. Good understanding of linear/limiting high-speed TIA’s, Drivers, Sipho and their test and characterization using RF test equipment in the lab. Hands-on wafer sort analysis experience for analog devices 67GHz, 110G, and larger. Solid understanding of DFm for SiGe semiconductor technologies. Familiarity with test bench equipment, including, but not limited to, Network Analyzers, Sampling Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies and Power Meters, is desired Ability to clearly and concisely summarize engineering findings to a management audience is a must. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 162,000 - 239,760, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
