Your Team, Your Impact Optics BBA (Broad Band Analog Group) What You Can Expect Familiar with Sipho/Optics testing process. Lead product engineering activities, yield and cost improvement - from low volume into high-volume manufacturing. Design and implement process-oriented and data-driven production methods to guarantee product quality. Own test coverage by analyzing and calculating production test limits, calculate guard bands, and write final datasheet specifications. Work with Design and Test Engineering to develop robust product screening at wafer-probe and package levels by design test HW and implement RF tests. Work with Operations and Planning to drive on-time delivery according to the production backlog. Provide necessary product engineering support to all customer returns working laterally with Quality engineering in a timely manner. Support on-going characterization and qualification requirements. #LI-JB1 What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5 years of related professional experience. Master’s degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 119,300 - 176,600, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions. This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
