What you'll be doing: Lead cross-functional agile teams, including remote members, through the entire product lifecycle for complex products Take ownership of long-term product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution while aligning them with business goals and customer needs Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and other key senior stakeholders to develop new features and optimize existing products Prioritize new features and enhancements using robust product management frameworks Conduct in-depth user research and leverage data insights to identify ambiguous, strategic opportunities and define new product visions Drive decision-making by setting clear priorities and using data (quantitative and qualitative) to measure success Communicate product strategy, status updates, and potential risks to executive leadership and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment across the business Cultivate solid connections between the sales, marketing, and customer service departments to proactively lead change and promote product-focused mindsets across the organisation Inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance, establishing a culture of high collaboration and innovation, and mentoring more junior Product Managers Who you are: Significant product management experience working within agile teams, with a proven history of driving significant business impact and delivering effective products Comprehensive understanding of product management principles, including setting long-term product strategy, owning roadmap development, and agile methodologies Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and successfully influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders, without direct authority Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to independently define strategic direction and product development Skilled in critical assessment and oversight, with expertise in defining, setting up, and supervising key performance indicators and measures of achievement Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform the product area and user experience Great communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common, long-term vision What’s in it for you: A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you Competitive compensation package + bonus 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community Rich learning and development opportunities are supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist Pension and life insurance Health cash plan, online GP, 24/7 Employee Assistance Plan Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health Paid parental leave Season ticket loan and a cycle-to-work scheme</l
