Job Title: Associate Director, Franchise Marketing – Hemophilia Location: Cambridge, MA About the Job The Associate Director, Franchise Marketing – Hemophilia plays a central role in driving alignment and focus across Sanofi's U.S. Hemophilia franchise, encompassing Altuviiio, Alprolix, Qfitlia, and Eloctate. This role is responsible for connecting the HCP and Patient teams around shared brand strategies, ensuring portfolio prioritization is clearly understood and consistently reflected in how both teams operate. This role also owns cross-functional account planning execution and the franchise performance reporting framework. Main Responsibilities Brand Alignment and Portfolio Prioritization Drive alignment between the HCP and Patient teams on brand strategies, ensuring both teams are working from a shared understanding of portfolio priorities across Altuviiio, Alprolix, Qfitlia, and Eloctate Support the consolidation of HCP and Patient team efforts to eliminate duplication, close gaps, and ensure resources are focused on the highest-priority areas of the portfolio Actively support portfolio prioritization across teams, ensuring day-to-day activities and decisions reflect the franchise's strategic focus Champion consistent portfolio messaging across both teams, ensuring all customer-facing efforts reinforce the same strategic priorities Cross-Functional Coordination and Governance Lead the coordination of franchise marketing activities Establish processes, and communication rhythms that keep the franchise team focused and operating efficiently Proactively surface and resolve cross-functional priority conflicts, ensuring the franchise's strategic focus is preserved Performance Reporting Execution and Communication Lead quarterly priority alignment across functions, ensuring data is gathered, synthesized, and delivered with accuracy and timeliness Translate performance insights into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, aligning with I&A Partner with I&A, SP teams, and other data owners to continuously strengthen reporting infrastructure Account Planning Execution and Field Alignment Lead cross-functional account planning execution, ensuring field teams are aligned on brand priorities and equipped to execute at the account level Drive communication and planning sessions between marketing and field teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand focus across accounts Support the tracking of account-level performance metrics and translate insights into actionable direction for cross-functional partners Ensure account planning initiatives are grounded in influence mapping, customer segmentation, and market adoption data About You Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or biotech industry and/or with marketing experience Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications MBA or science-related graduate degree Strong understanding of portfolio marketing, multi-brand strategy, and pharmaceutical marketing principles Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and consolidate efforts across cross-functional teams, including HCP, Patient, Specialty Pharmacy, and field teams Experience leading organizational change or integration efforts, including training and change management Outstanding communication, leadership, and project management skills Strong ability to manage competing priorities and drive focus across a complex organization Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with various stakeholders Direct experience in hemophilia or rare blood disorders marketing Experience leading account planning execution with cross-functional field teams Experience leading team integrations, training programs, or organizational change initiatives Experience working with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access teams Knowledge of congress and events management Why choose us? North America Applicants Only The salary range for this position is: $148,500.00 - $214,500.00 All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
