You’ll partner cross-functionally with manufacturing operations and sales teams, delivering thoughtful solutions to complex challenges all while developing your knowledge of the medical device industry. Whether your work includes strategic inventory planning, labeling, warehouse management, material handling, or any of our other supply chain opportunities, you will be making a meaningful contribution to our team and to patients all over the world. The Training Systems Associate Representative provides technical and function-specific knowledge to support training system activities. How you'll make an impact: • Provide ongoing basic LMS front-end user support (e.g., assigning/registering for training) and resolving basic issues for the assigned organization. • Configure profiles related to training assignments and completion. • Responsible for conducting basic data tasks (e.g., uploading Form 170 training transcript records and creating employee profile). • Provide ongoing auditing of data to ensure high-level of data quality and integrity, as well as propose solutions for, and execute data clean-up efforts. • Provide end-users with assistance as it pertains to running reports or provide back-end reporting support during a regulatory audit. • Resolve routine systems issues from customer support tickets in partnership with team members. • Other incidental duties. What you'll need (Required): • H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant work experience. What else we look for (Preferred): • Bachelor's Degree. • Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication. • Good knowledge with a variety of software packages, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. • Must be able to receive and provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner. • High level of self-directed initiative, organizational and recordkeeping skills, and attention to detail, required. • Moderate knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to the quality programs. • Basic problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail. • Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion. • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control. For California, the base pay range for this position is $44,200 to $62,500 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
