Create and update training content using electrical schematics, engineering drawings, repair procedures, and technical documentation. Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training programs covering system operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Translate complex electrical and electromechanical concepts into effective training for diverse technical audiences. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and service teams to ensure training content reflects current products and procedures. Familiarity with commonly used test equipment (i.e.: power supplies, DVM's, signal generators, dosimeters, flow meters, etc.) Experience servicing imaging, x-ray, mammography, gamma ray, or other diagnostic equipment. Experience in medical device field service, manufacturing engineering, or technical support roles. Experience with instructional design tools, including Articulate, and learning management systems.
