Check us out on LinkedIn: Medtronic Pelvic Health As a Software Development Engineer II in Test, you will contribute to the quality and reliability of software used in medical device products by designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to evaluate requirements, review designs and code, and improve test processes that support product quality and compliance. Primary Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for software verification activities. Author, review, and execute software test protocols for automated and manual testing. Analyze and document test execution results and communicate findings to stakeholders. Review software requirements to ensure completeness, testability, and traceability. Participate in software architecture, design, and source code reviews. Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution activities. Collaborate with software, systems, and quality teams throughout product development. Identify and implement process and test automation improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of software development or software test engineering experience OR Master's degree. 2+ years of Java development and testing experience. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of JUnit development experience. 2+ years of Appium development experience. Experience developing and executing automated software tests. Experience authoring and reviewing software test documentation. Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices. Experience using Agile software development methodologies. Experience in regulated software development environments, including medical device development. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required. PR) locations (USD):$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 ‌ This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
