About the role: The Red Hat Partner Engagement Experience team is looking for a Program Operations Analyst with experience in managing business processes and driving scalable automations for internal workflows. In this role, you will work globally with the PEX Program and GEO Expert teams, as well as key organizations like IT Partner Relationship Management. You'll have the opportunity to drive program enhancements and automation to continuously improve the program. What you will do: Drive implementation of internal business processes to support the scaling of the Red Hat Partner Program and incentives. Partner with Partner Ecosystem, Sales, Operations, and Finance functions to provide requirements for automation of activities, points and other program functions. Address ecosystem and partner escalations and issues, resolving complex challenges Collaborate with the Program Management team, PMO and Process teams to identify opportunities for efficiencies or process alignments. Support the creation of dashboards and reporting to support PEX internal initiatives and functions. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and test enhancements in CRM and PRM solutions. Work cross functionality with Partner Engagement GEO teams and key business stakeholders to translate business requirements to system automation functional requirements. Manage the escalation of partner support issues and internal ServiceNow cases Collaborate with process SME to operationalize global processes. What you will bring: 5+ years of experience working in related areas, particularly ecosystem. Experience leading operational processes Excellent understanding of the Red Hat Partner Program. Excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding Ability to work without direct supervision with a high degree of discipline and initiative Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities Proven ability to build and nurture relationships across multiple teams Cross functional collaboration skills, with experience working in a matrixed environment Communication skills with ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels The salary range for this position is $88,510.00 - $141,630.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. Pay Transparency Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
