JOB DESCRIPTION:Marketing Trainee – Ensure UpstreamROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OverviewLearn how science and marketing come together to build meaningful engagement with Healthcare Professionals. We are looking for a Marketing Trainee who wants to learn fast by doing real, hands-on work in a healthcare marketing environment. You will support the team in bringing marketing initiatives to life, working closely with different stakeholders and gaining exposure to how a science-based nutrition brand engages Healthcare Professionals. Location: Me Linh Point Tower, Ho Chi Minh City WHAT YOU’LL DOSupport the Brand Lead in marketing initiatives and HCP engagement activities from planning to execution. Support the development and adaptation of marketing and scientific communication materials across HCP touchpoints. Coordinate HCP programs, events and other marketing activities with internal teams and external partners. Analyze market, competitor and performance data to identify insights and opportunities. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant execution. Support day-to-day marketing operations, project tracking and reporting to keep projects moving. A Problem Solver Proactive, hands-on and willing to take ownership instead of waiting for answers. Detail-Oriented Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. A Strong Collaborator Communicates well and enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy or related disciplines. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, including internship or trainee experience. Pharmacy background or previous exposure to the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is an advantage. Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English. Good analytical thinking and proficiency in Microsoft Office. WHAT YOU’LL GAINHands-on exposure to HCP-focused marketing in the healthcare and nutrition industry.
