About the Role: The Office of the CISO operates at the intersection of cybersecurity strategy, enterprise program execution, and senior leadership engagement. This role is the operational backbone of that office — owning the processes, reporting structures, stakeholder forums, and information systems that allow the CISO and the broader Cybersecurity leadership team to operate with clarity, speed, and confidence. This is not a coordinator role. This is a senior individual contributor who brings recommendations, not questions — and who can walk into a room with the CISO's Senior Leadership Team and represent the office with authority, judgment, and executive presence. What You'll Do: Operational Leadership Continuously improve the operating model and rhythm for the Office of the CISO —including planning cadences, prioritization frameworks, governance structures, and communication mechanisms Prepare the CISO for Office of the CIO-level meetings — which requires running and facilitating internal CISO-level meetings to ensure alignment, readiness, and a clear point of view before stepping into the broader forum; at the Office of the CIO level this role attends as a supporting presence, ready to contribute when called upon Identify friction in how the team plans and executes and introduce scalable solutions without waiting to be asked Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the Office of the CIO, managing all deliverables, deadlines, and reporting requirements that flow between the CISO organization and the broader Office of the CIO structure Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when the Director is unavailable — arriving prepared, informed, and ready to speak to any open item Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs in partnership with the Director — including forecasting, actuals reconciliation, and vendor spend management Reporting & Metrics Own the full reporting lifecycle for the CISO organization — including OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, project and program status, and health indicators — across multiple systems and stakeholder audiences including the Office of the CIO, ELT, and Board of Directors Produce and maintain weekly status updates in multiple formats tailored to different audiences — from executive summaries for the CISO and Office of the CIO to operational updates for the program management team Ensure all reporting is accurate, current, and tells a coherent story — not just a status update Establish and enforce reporting standards across the program management team including data quality, milestone hygiene, and update cadence Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication Build and maintain strong relationships across the CISO Senior Leadership Team and Office of the CIO — developing a deep understanding of each team's business operations priorities well enough to anticipate needs, surface issues before they escalate, and ensure the Office of the CISO is always prepared and well-represented Develop executive-level narratives, agendas, and content for key forums including the Monthly Operating Review, Board of Directors deck, and CISO Senior Leadership Team meetings Facilitate alignment across stakeholders who don't always agree — driving decisions forward without relying on formal authority Tools, Systems & AI Enablement Own and govern the operational toolset for the Office of the CISO — including WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, and ServiceNow — ensuring adoption, data integrity, and consistent use across the team Actively apply AI tools to improve how the office operates and help the broader team build AI-enabled workflows into their daily work — this is a shared responsibility, not a solo initiative Stay current on enterprise AI capabilities and bring practical recommendations for how the team can work smarter Program Operations — Crowd for Crowd Own the operational management of the Crowd for Crowd program — including stakeholder communications, status tracking, milestone reporting, and cadence management Serve as the reporting hub for project managers supporting Crowd for Crowd product adoption initiatives — aggregating status, surfacing risks, and ensuring leadership has a clear and current view of progress across all workstreams Maintain strong relationships with product, sales, and event stakeholders to ensure the program operates smoothly and delivers on its customer-facing commitments What You'll Need: 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related discipline — with a track record of building and improving processes in a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity environment Demonstrated ability to operate independently at the senior leadership level — bringing recommendations, driving decisions, and representing a team without a manager in the room Experience developing executive-level content and narratives that turn complex operational information into clear, compelling communication for Office of the CIO, ELT, and Board-level audiences Strong working knowledge of enterprise program management and operational tools including WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, and ServiceNow — and a track record of driving adoption and data integrity across a team Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — with the ability to align stakeholders, facilitate difficult conversations, and drive execution across teams and levels Experience supporting budget management, headcount planning, and annual operating plan processes Sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset; understand the value of documentation as a norm, not an exception Cybersecurity industry experience preferred; ability to quickly develop fluency in cybersecurity concepts and organizational priorities required This role is primarily remote-friendly with limited travel; candidates should expect to travel approximately four times per year for events such as offsites, conferences, and customer-facing engagements Bonus Points: You have operated as the right hand to a senior executive and know what it means to make their life easier without being asked You treat a recommendation as a deliverable, not a suggestion You are as comfortable in a Board of Directors prep session as you are cleaning up a messy Asana board You use AI in your daily work already and you enjoy showing others how to do the same You bring hands-on project and program management experience — you understand how projects are structured, how programs are run, and how to hold a portfolio togeth
