Your impact begins here As Project Manager for TIDES and Small Molecules in Synthetic API MSAT, you will support technology transfer and regulatory submission activities of chemically synthesised APIs. You will set direction and create clarity in a complex, regulated environment, keeping projects moving— so more people living with serious chronic diseases can access the treatments they need. What you’ll bring • A BSc, MSc or PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering or a related natural science, or equivalent experience. • Experience in API manufacturing and in project management. • The ability to engage stakeholders, align priorities and drive timelines and deliverables in a cross-functional setting. • A structured, proactive approach and a quality mindset, with the ability to manage several projects at once and adapt quickly as things evolve. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. Useful, but not essential: • Experience in CMC or MSAT, cGMP manufacturing, process validation, life-cycle management or regulatory documentation. What you’ll do You will represent and support the API track and coordinate the technical deliverables that keep synthetic API programmes on course. In practice, you will: Drive priorities, timelines, deliverables, and alignment across the API sub-team Serve as cluster owner for the drug substance process cluster in regulatory filings Create clear project overviews and support subject matter experts in navigating complexity Represent the API track in CMC and life cycle management project core teams Communicate project status and align expectations with management, colleagues, and CDMOs Who you’ll work with You will join Synthetic API MSAT, a team of around 40 people in pharmaceutical manufacturing, based in Høje-Taastrup. The department connects CMC development with full-scale manufacturing and supports process implementation and optimisation with internal and external partners across Europe, North America and East Asia. Your closest partners include colleagues across CMC, Regulatory Affairs, GCM, Quality, project offices, supply and manufacturing, as well as CMO/CDMO partners. You will act as a clear point of entry for project interactions, bringing the right expertise together to move complex work forward at pace. On-site visits to manufacturing partners and some travel may be needed. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 DKK to 1,091,600 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
