A Day in the LifeThe MiniMed Diabetes regional marketing function supports the commercialisation, growth and adoption of the Diabetes portfolio across South East Asia. The function partners with country commercial and cross-functional teams to translate regional priorities into local execution, with a focus on product marketing, launch readiness, healthcare professional engagement and portfolio optimisation. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with the Diabetes business. Medtronic announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and to reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic. The Diabetes division, now known as MiniMed, completed its IPO in March 2026. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investment to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care. While you will start your employment with Medtronic, upon completion of required local legal and employment processes, we expect your employment to transfer to MiniMed, subject to business needs and any applicable information and consultation requirements in your jurisdiction. The role is based in Singapore with an Onsite work style and regional responsibilities across South East Asia. The position requires approximately 25–30% travel to support market, customer and regional activities.The HCP & Product Marketing Specialist will support the commercialisation, growth and adoption of the MiniMed Diabetes portfolio across South East Asia. The role will translate regional priorities into effective country execution through product marketing, product launches, healthcare professional engagement and portfolio initiatives, working closely with commercial and cross-functional teams. Primary Responsibilities: Product Marketing & Commercialization Develop and execute product marketing plans for the Diabetes portfolio across South East Asia. Lead launch readiness and commercialization activities for new products and portfolio innovations. Support portfolio positioning, value proposition development, therapy adoption, and lifecycle priorities. Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities. Healthcare professional Engagement Develop and execute HCP engagement, scientific marketing, and educational initiatives. Partner with Sales, Clinical, and Training teams to strengthen HCP awareness, confidence, and advocacy. Support regional congresses, workshops, advisory activities, and customer programs. Capture HCP insights and translate them into actionable marketing and commercialization recommendations. Business & Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with country commercial teams to translate regional strategy into measurable local execution plans. Coordinate with Clinical, Training & Education, Market Access, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global/Regional Marketing stakeholders. Track relevant launch, adoption, portfolio, and commercial KPIs and recommend corrective actions. Prepare business reviews, marketing updates, and decision-support materials for regional leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare or Communications Experience in product marketing, commercialisation, product launches, portfolio marketing or healthcare professional engagement. Ability to travel approximately 25–30% across the region. Preferred Qualifications 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience in healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Regional or multi-country marketing experience across South East Asia. Experience supporting new product launches and developing healthcare professional engagement or educational programmes. Experience working across commercial and cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
