Ensures compliance with procurement policies, accurate data entry, and timely processing to support business needs. What are we looking for? • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. • Experience: 02-04 years in procurement or transactional operations. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Procurement ERP tools. • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Roles and Responsibilities: • PR-to-PO Conversion: • Validate PR details for completeness and compliance. • Perform quality checks on vendor, pricing, and quantity. • Create PO in ERP systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba) and ensure correct workflow routing. • Send PO to suppliers and follow up for acknowledgment. • Spot Buy Execution: • Handle urgent or non-standard purchase requests. • Source suppliers for spot buy requirements and ensure compliance with sourcing guidelines. • Create and process Spot Buy POs in Procurement ERP. • Compliance & Documentation: • Adhere to SOX and operational controls. • Maintain accurate records of transactions and approvals. • Support audits and provide required documentation. • Stakeholder Coordination: • Communicate with requesters, suppliers, and internal teams for issue resolution. • Escalate exceptions promptly.
