About this Position As a Digital Workplace Analyst, you will be a key member of Henkel's Global Digital Workplace Client & Mobility team, specializing in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Software Packaging, Endpoint Security, and Digital Workplace Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint and application management services, ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient digital workplace experience for employees across the globe. You will play a critical role in managing software packaging and deployment processes, maintaining endpoint security and compliance, and supporting global IT service operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, you will help drive operational excellence, service quality, and workplace innovation. What you´ll do Manage and support Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) services using Microsoft Intune and related technologies Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications to ensure seamless software delivery across the organization Administer endpoint security and compliance controls, including device policies, encryption, and security configurations Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes within a global ITIL-based environment Monitor service performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to enhance the employee digital experience Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures
