Your Role Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Law, Public Policy or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred. 9–12 years of experience across Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial Finance, Trade Investment, Category Management, Regulatory or Excise Analysis, Commercial Insights or Consulting. Demonstrated experience independently leading complex pricing, trade, promotion or regulatory workstreams and coordinating analysts, data teams or external specialists. Strong experience in price-volume-mix modelling, elasticity, PPA, trade terms, promotion ROI, scenario analysis and executive storytelling. Experience in global, multi-market or regulated consumer environments is preferred; tobacco or NGP experience is strongly advantageous. In this role you will play a key role in: Excise, tax, regulatory and enforcement monitoring and scenario modelling. Pricing strategy, MPI, elasticity and price-volume-mix financial analysis. Pack-price architecture, price tiers, value ladders and competitive pricing. Portfolio and mix optimisation across volume, value, profit, channel and customer. Trade-term architecture, investment allocation, efficiency, compliance and ROI. Promotion analytics, incrementality, mechanics, depth, calendars and financial impact. Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; experience with Power BI, RGM, pricing or commercial-planning tools. HIVE, Databricks or comparable data platforms, automated feeds and market data sources.
