The Motion business is the global market leader in electric motors and variable speed drives. Our products, solutions, and services are widely used to keep industries running while helping customers reduce energy consumption every day. Our customers are at the center of everything we do. Within the Motion Service Division, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist who will help take our processes and systems to the next level. You will work closely with our Business Process Owner (BPO) and act as the link between daily operations and process optimization. You understand business processes and can translate this knowledge into improvements that positively impact both your colleagues and our customers. Your responsibilities Manage and develop processes, work instructions, and training materials. Deliver process-focused, hands-on training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer. Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives within systems such as SAP CS, Salesforce, OMS, and CQP (ABB’s proprietary quotation system). Manage the FSL scheduling module, including related time registration tools such as Growteq and Pulsar. Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing, including incident registration and follow-up. Lead or participate in projects focused primarily on the Motion Service business, while also contributing to cross-business initiatives when required. Your profile Bachelor’s degree level (HBO+) or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B environment. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Experience within a service-oriented organization or service business is an advantage. Experience with change management and a solid understanding of how to drive organizational change. Ability to independently lead processes and projects. A proactive mindset, taking initiative when identifying opportunities for improvement. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions. Experience working within a complex organization and managing multiple stakeholders and competing interests. What's in it for you?
