As the Rewards Manager CZ and UK&I, you will play a key role in ensuring our compensation and benefits offering remains competitive, sustainable, and aligned with both local market needs and global rewards strategy. You will partner closely with HR, business leaders, and rewards colleagues to deliver operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic rewards initiatives. What will you be doing: Lead and continuously improve rewards operations across the Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Ireland, ensuring programs and initiatives align with company standards and business objectives. Design, implement and manage compensation and benefits strategies that support workforce needs, market competitiveness and company culture. Collaborate with Rewards Managers across the Zone to share best practices and contribute to the evolution of the global rewards strategy. Act as a subject matter expert for rewards-related topics, providing guidance and support to HR teams, business stakeholders and employees. Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits processes, including local benefits, bonus programs, allowances and related communications. Increase employee awareness and understanding of the total rewards offering through effective communication initiatives. Coordinate local job grading activities. Take accountability for Fleet UK in partnership with the Fleet Operations team. Own and manage the flexible benefits framework in the Czech Republic and United Kingdom. Analyze rewards data and conduct market benchmarking to support competitive and sustainable compensation and benefits programs. Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring strong service delivery and cost effectiveness. Lead or contribute to compensation and benefits projects, including the Pay Transparency agenda within the relevant scope. Identify and implement opportunities to automate, simplify and enhance rewards processes. What you will bring: Fluency in English; Czech language skills would be an advantage. Minimum three years of experience in rewards, compensation and benefits, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to support sound business decisions. Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities effectively. Experience developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across different levels of the organization. Experience working within a global and matrixed environment is advantageous. Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
