Role: Associate Consultant ( SAP FICO) Experience: 4 - 7 Years Location: Kerala, Trivandrum Skill: SAP FICO, SAP FI ( Financial Accounting) Module, GL, AP, AR & Asset management. Overall Objectives of Job Actively support AGCS projects through participation in requirements gathering, solution design, process definition, and business process re-engineering initiatives. Support and enhance SAP FI/FICO processes across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL). Cost Accounting (CA). Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement for SAP FI (Financial Accounting) processes and functionalities. Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the SAP FI (Financial Accounting) module. Partner with business stakeholders to analyse issues, understand business requirements, and deliver effective SAP FI solutions Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets within agreed SLA timelines while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end and year-end financial closing activities within SAP FI. Proactively monitor SAP FI system logs, alerts, and exceptions, and coordinate timely resolution of issues to minimize business impact. To provide weekend support for Quarterly Closing as and when required by the business To be part of key initiatives and projects; involvement in AGILE methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize system utilization, and support business objectives. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities, including reconciliation, monitoring, and issue resolution. Support end to end testing on upgrades 4-6 years of SAP FI experience. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Basic knowledge or prior experience with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) module or other ERP systems. Familiarity with core financial accounting concepts (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
