107370 | Product Management | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Singapore | Full-Time | Permanent Entity: Allianz SE Singapore Branch #L1-RS1 Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to lead the P&C transformation agenda across the Asia Pacific region, driving Allianz towards building future-ready P&C businesses. The role is responsible for defining and driving a regional transformation roadmap — with a strong focus on AI and advanced analytics, complemented by the definition of business requirements for IT platforms and process optimisation — ensuring solutions are scalable across operating entities, covering retail and commercial underwriting, sales, and claims. The incumbent focuses on identifying and defining regional transformation initiatives that can be consistently deployed across diverse OEs, while engaging senior stakeholders to align priorities and secure buy-in. The role drives the identification, prioritisation, and implementation of transformation use cases that deliver measurable business value across multiple operating entities. Future Challenges Rapidly evolving AI/GenAI landscape requiring continuous adaptation of the transformation roadmap; balancing standardisation of transformation solutions across diverse OEs with varying levels of digital maturity; managing the complexity of concurrent transformation workstreams (AI, systems requirements, processes) while maintaining coherence and prioritisation; navigating regulatory developments around AI usage and data governance in insurance across multiple APAC jurisdictions; scaling successful AI pilots into production-grade solutions while managing change resistance. What you do Define and drive the regional P&C transformation roadmap with the ambition of building future-ready P&C businesses, with a strong focus on AI and advanced analytics, complemented by business-driven systems and process transformation across retail and commercial underwriting, sales, and claims Identify, evaluate, and define regional AI solutions that address common P&C business needs across OEs while accommodating local market requirements Define business requirements for IT platforms and systems to ensure they support the P&C transformation agenda and future business needs working closely with IT teams Drive process optimisation and standardisation across OEs, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitise key P&C workflows Ensure transformation solutions — particularly AI — are designed for scalability and consistent deployment across all operating entities and across the full P&C value chain Engage and align senior stakeholders across operating entities to prioritise transformation initiatives, secure buy-in, and drive adoption of regionally scalable solutions Monitor and report on transformation initiative progress, measuring business impact and recommending adjustments to maximise value realisation Stay abreast of emerging AI/Insurtech trends and technology developments in the P&C space and assess their applicability to Allianz Asia Pacific operations Support change management efforts to drive AI adoption, digital literacy, and new ways of working across regional P&C teams What you bring 10 years + with minimum 6 in P&C insurance and AI. of which minimum 6 years in P&C insurance with involvement in at least 1 major AI project, and experience in digital transformation or business-led systems and process transformation in a multi-country or matrix environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience working in Asia Pacific markets; prior exposure to Allianz Group processes and systems; experience in a regional or global role; track record of delivering transformation programmes with measurable business impact Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), AI/data analytics, process improvement (Lean Six Sigma), or actuarial qualifications are advantageous. Technical skills: P&C insurance domain expertise across retail and commercial lines (underwriting, sales, and claims); experience with AI/ML use case identification and implementation in insurance; ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for IT platforms and systems; experience in process optimisation or operational excellence within insurance; ability to define scalable regional solutions across multiple markets Familiarity with data science methodologies and AI/ML platforms; knowledge of Insurtech ecosystem and emerging insurance technology trends; experience with agile delivery frameworks; knowledge of process mining or business process management tools AI skills e.g. Claude, CoPilot, ChatGPT General skills: Senior stakeholder management across multiple geographies; communication and presentation; programme and project management; analytical and strategic thinking; change management Cross-cultural communication; negotiation; strategic thinking What we offer We are certified as one of The World’s Best Places to Work & Great Place to Work in Singapore.
