Join #TeamTesting Our Values: #Kindness #Trust #OpenMinded #Positive #Solidarity Our DNA: #Curiosity #PioneeringSpirit #SolutionOriented #SafetyFirst Job Vacancy: Flight Operations Support – Flight Dispatcher Location: Operational Control Center, Flight & Integration Test Centre, Toulouse The Flight Dispatcher is accountable for preparing flights in accordance with Flight Test Engineers' requirements (routes, ATC clearances, etc.) and managing external missions such as certification campaigns, airshows, R&D, humanitarian… Key Tasks & Accountabilities 1. Daily Front Office Flight Dispatcher Tasks: Support daily development and production flights based in Toulouse. Ensure safe dispatch regarding airspace, traffic, and meteorological constraints. Liaise with Air Traffic Management and airport authorities. Draft and file flight plans (GAT + OAT) and maintain permanent flight tracking. Manage operational awareness, brief crews. Actively monitor/coordinate the Emergency Response Plan in an incident/accident event. 2. Daily Back Office Flight Dispatcher Tasks: Prepare and support external missions, manage on-site coordination/logistics (routings, overflight permits, ground handling, ATC & airport approvals, hotels, transport). Support the Flight Tests community with your expertise. Maintain/update technical reference processes Travel Requirements: Worldwide missions (approx. ~1 week ~5 times/year). Candidates must be fully available to travel accordingly. Required skills Dispatcher diploma with Airline / OCC experience (minimum 2 years). Adaptable to an operational, reactive environment Two-shift teamwork, weekend & bank holidays standby Very good English and intermediate French level.
