Because at Cipla, you don’t just build a career, you help Make Life Thrive. 🎯 Job Purpose Develop and maintain forecast models for the business, using the allocated supply chain resources and demand processes, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and other resources in order to ensure that the business meets agreed sales targets at minimum operating costs, and optimum stock levels. 📌 Accountabilities Manage and create demand forecast, analyse trends and measure performance to ensure accurate forecast and alignment with business plans. Monitor and analyse forecast reports to ensure that forecast reports are accurate and provide meaningful information to the relevant stakeholders. Manage Inventory targets to ensure availability of stock to meet current and future demand. Manage and maintain demand planning systems and procedures to ensure accuracy in data documentation and incorporating market intelligence. 🧾 Qualification and Relevant Experience Relevant tertiary degree or Diploma in Business/ Finance / Industrial Engineering/ Logistics Management.
