Your Job Molex is seeking an HR Specialist to support our Singapore office by delivering a high-quality employee experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role provides HR coordination, office administration, facilities support, employee engagement activities, and HR project support to help create a productive and positive workplace environment. The position serves as a primary on-site contact for office operations while partnering closely with HR and business leaders on people-related initiatives. This role also provides opportunities to take on broader HR projects and responsibilities as capability and business needs develop. Our Team You will be part of the Human Resources team supporting employees based in our Singapore Westgate office. Working closely with HR partners, business leaders, and external vendors, you will help execute HR programs and foster a positive workplace culture while supporting business objectives. What You Will Do HR Operations & Employee Support Support the local execution of performance management, talent, learning, and other annual HR processes under the guidance of the HR Manager. Support recruitment activities as needed, including candidate coordination and screening assistance. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, orientation, system access, and employee communications. Maintain HR records, employee files, reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries and administrative processes. Support learning administration, employee development activities, and HR projects as assigned. Assist with HR reporting, data preparation, and analytics activities. Coordinate local execution of HR programs and processes in partnership with regional HR teams. Support employee engagement, wellness, recognition, communication, and team-building initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen workplace culture. Administrative Support & Workplace Management Serve as the primary on-site contact for visitors, mail and courier services, reception coordination, building access, parking applications, and meeting room scheduling. Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and other office administration activities. Coordinate with building management, facilities vendors, and internal stakeholders to support the day-to-day operations of the Westgate office, including workplace services, office facilities, safety programs, and office improvement initiatives. Support leadership visits, employee events, meetings, travel arrangements, workshops, and other office activities as needed. Other Duties Develop and implement creative ideas / initiatives for improving processes and deliver outcomes focused on continuous improvement. Support various HR projects and initiatives as required. Review and manage the policies / processes with reference to RBA or other audit requirements (Include statutory). Other duties assigned by Management. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with relevant work experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Comfortable coordinating events, meetings, workshops, onboarding activities, and office operations with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively with employees, leaders, vendors, and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Proactive and detail-oriented, with a mindset of continuous improvement and a willingness to take ownership of both HR and office-related matters. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in a multinational organization. Experience supporting employees in a manufacturing, engineering, or commercial office environment. Exposure to employee engagement programs, workplace operations, or office administration activities. Experience supporting HR reporting, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
