The role serves as the bridge between Project Management, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, driving cross-functional alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead product transfer and migration projects from planning through production ramp-up and stabilization. Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project targets on cost, quality, capacity, and delivery. Drive operational readiness including manpower, equipment, tooling, materials, and production capacity planning. Monitor project progress and lead escalation management to resolve issues and remove roadblocks. Support safe launch activities and ensure a successful handover to production operations. Lead capacity expansion and product sustaining initiatives to support business growth. Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams across multiple sites. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance and project execution. Communicate project status, risks, and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders. 职位要求 Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field. 8-15 years of experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, NPI, or Product Transfer environments. Proven experience managing manufacturing transfer, migration, industrialization, or operational projects. Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in electronics, automotive, connector, cable assembly, or high-volume manufacturing environments. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, cost analysis, and operational excellence. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
