Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Senior Manager to join the Incyte Dermatology Market Access team, dedicated to executing access, reimbursement, and affordability initiatives in support of the launch of our specialty product in medical dermatology. In this role, you will be responsible for executing market access marketing strategies and tools—including access resourcing, biologic coordinator speaker’s bureau programs, and patient support materials—designed to support healthcare providers, patients, and access stakeholders across the access journey. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Support Services, HCP Marketing, and Field Access teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of resources that help patients start and stay on therapy. The ideal candidate will have strong execution and project management skills, experience supporting specialty products, especially biologics, and familiarity with the access and reimbursement landscape. Essential Functions of the Job Execute strategic access marketing initiatives developed to support launch, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of payer, provider, and patient-facing access tools. Manage access resourcing execution, including coordination and deployment of field-based access resources to support launch and ongoing brand needs. Coordinate biologic coordinator speaker’s bureau programs, including logistics, content updates, compliance review, and vendor coordination. Develop and maintain patient support materials, reimbursement guides, and field materials for biologic coordinators and nurse navigators. Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Support Services, HCP Marketing, and Field Access teams to ensure timely, compliant execution of access deliverables. Support training and enablement for field access and reimbursement teams by developing education and resource materials. Lead access-focused analytics and insights efforts to measure effectiveness of access programs and identify opportunities for optimization. Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies in all materials and activities. Qualifications BA/BS required; advanced degree a plus. Degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience, with a focus on market access, reimbursement, or patient support preferred. Experience in specialty biologics, preferably in medical dermatology, immunology, or autoimmune disease. Experience supporting or coordinating speaker’s bureau, biologic coordinator, or nurse navigator programs strongly preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines simultaneously. Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and flawless execution in a complex matrix environment. Strong understanding of payer, specialty pharmacy, patient support, and reimbursement processes. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and execution skills with the ability to translate strategic plans into tactical, on-time execution. Strong vendor and agency coordination experience for the development and execution of marketing materials.
