Act as an authoritative subject matter expert on global deal governance, identifying policy loopholes or friction points and formulating scalable governance updates. Spearhead post-mortem deal audits to analyze discounting behavior, margin realization, and contract concessions, translating findings into proactive business policies. 4. Executive Reporting & Mentorship Prepare and deliver board-level deal analytics, and executive briefings on key business trends and quarterly performance. Act as an informal team lead and mentor to Lead, Senior, and Associate Deal Desk Analysts, instilling best-in-class financial modeling and negotiation support skills across the team.
