Mandatory prior experience in Nephrology or Rheumatology within a Multinational/National Pharmaceutical company, or through active clinical practice as an MD specialist. Prior experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or an equivalent scientific role within high-complexity pharmaceutical environments is a strong plus. Proven track record in active field work and cross-market navigation (both Public and Private healthcare sectors), with a focus on mapping and building strategic relationships with Nephrologists and key ecosystem stakeholders. Fluent English (mandatory) for active participation in global medical forums (including direct alignment with US and Japan affiliates), driving networking, advocating for local affiliate needs, and co-creating global medical strategies. Availability to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo (3 days/week on-site) combined with active field travel as required by regional stakeholder mapping.
