As part of our dynamic Digital team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our dropship business, enhancing our product offerings, and driving growth on Boots.com. What you’ll be doing In this exciting role, you will be responsible for: Onboarding and delivering the dropship pipeline, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Supporting the eCommerce manager in implementing strategic directions for new categories online. Collaborating with trading teams to drive performance and develop new opportunities. Working cross-functionally to optimise new categories and brands. Managing relationships with suppliers and holding them accountable for dropship KPIs. What you’ll need to have (our must-haves) Experience in digital or trading, with a strong commercial mindset. Proven ability to manage supplier and third-party relationships effectively. Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally. A data-driven approach, using insights to inform customer and site actions. It would be great if you also have Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. A passion for optimising online shopping experiences.
